Default Timing Belt

Hello mitsubishi forums I am a civic driver however my brother just got a galant and needs a tb replacement done. I have done it before on my car however unlike Honda mitsubish has no way of grabing the crankshaft sproket in order to take off the crankshaft bolt. I was wondering how do you do this since I am going to replace the balancing belt as well which snapped in half inside there. Also along with the balancing belt I am going two do the timing belt the water pump and bolt tensioners along with a new Vavle cover gasket. If there is anything else I am missing let me know. Any links to the tool, or tools that I would need would be a great help. I dont think I need any other special tool besides the tool to remove the crankshaft bolt, but if there is another please do let me know.
Thanks -Tom
