Default unable to get belts to stop squeaking

ok, I've replaced the pulleys, and even used that belt dressing stuff from auto zone. The belts still squeak continually. anybody know how to fix it? I have the 97 ES with the 4g64 motor.

I assume you adjusted the tensioners/pulleys so as the belts are appropriately tight?

yeah, the car's been in the shop like 4 times to fix it but nothing happens, they'll start squeaking when I turn on the air conditioner the start to squeak, and by the end of the day they squeak every time I stop up to about 4500 rpms.

when you put on the dressing and it goes away for even a secong or two, or even quiets down then you need to replace the belt
