02 Lancer OZ Jerking Engine

RE: 02 Lancer OZ Jerking Engine
My thought was not that you can't drive a stick. I was wondering if you would recognize clutch chatter if you felt it. If the person you bought the car from was hard on the clutch he may have
damaged the flywheel and now it dosen't engage smoothly when its warm.
Good luck to you. I hope he finds your trouble

The clutch is engaging smoothly its jerking when the car is in the gear i also suspect clutch disk slowly coming to the end of it life because when i go uphill the clutch slips on the second gear but this only happens occasionally. Yesterday i went to another mechanic and they said that the jerking is normal, but i still doubt they are right.

i just got my tranny fluid changed, and about the mounts You were right. Both front and the back motor mounts need to be replaced, once i replace them ill post the replay on how it worked out. One more thing is it normal for the mounts to brake so fast the car is only 60K ?
