'03 Lancer Question...

Default '03 Lancer Question...

I know it will cost a lot of $$$, but I was just courious if the '03 Lancer ES was set up for rear wheel drive ?

not set up for. I have heard you could get a full evo conversion for around 6k but I don't know if that is AWD or not. turbo intercooler and trans would run close to 6k easy so I doubt it. you're talkin about having to change the suspension, brakes, & axle. I would put that close to 3-4k by itself.

thanks for the reply.

I thought it would cost, about at least half the cost of the actual car
I took a look under the car, and think I would be better off just leaving it front wheel drive for now, because it would take time & money & the right person with time & equipment to do it

I think I will be better off sticking to upgrading the engine then making it rear/AWD
