2008 Lancer GTS timing belt or chain??

I am sure it has been answered before and I have looked with no results. Does anyone know if the 08 Lancer have a chain or belt. If a belt what is the service interval?

belts are 100 to 180 thou KM.
Might help if you actually specified the engine number/type.
Id guess belt.

My 2009, 1.8 lancer is with chain, not sure for US models tough...
