Hi, I'm having trouble reseting the new interval before the next oil change, did all the steps to get to the schedule of NAS20 which is what i want for 5000 miles, but when i hold the info button down on NAS20, the schedule is still blank or looks like this

------months

Can't figure it out, if anybody has any suggestions it's just frustrating.
