I got into my '04 Lancer yesterday morning ... Dew on the window and the wipers only worked on regular speed ... no high, no intermittent. Turned on my headlights and they only worked on low beam, won't switch to high ... At the stop sign I turned my signal to the left and it didn't work either ... neither left or right ... Everything else works fine ... checked fuses, all good. Any Ideas to give me a direction to look ?

is that a guess ? or do you have something else ... I have driven over 60 miles and always with the headlights on to be seen ... (too many Motorcycle miles) ... this morning same thing, started the car, turned on the wipers and only 1 speed works, still no left or right signal, and high beams don't work at all ... could there be a relay or maybe a plug in the steering column that could have come unplugged since these all work from the steering column ... HMMMM
