....the O.P. does not need tips on making the "paint job" he did look better.

he used a spray on plastic coating.

it will never look like a good/professional paint job.

the good thing is (with some effort) it can literally be peeled off of the surface it wasapplied to.

yes, I had HIDs. I tried it for like a week before I bought the hids and I couldn't see crap at night.
And I've got the rears tinted at 35% tint as well. I kinda want it darker but I don't want to get pulled over.

And that picture was at my families cabin which is at a much higher elevation than portland. It doesn't really snow here. But the car does decent in it.

We have Alluminum rims my friend. I wont sand it even if you pay me. (For the other poster)

You can make it better with spray paint. you don't brush the car paint or rim paint.

It was a rush job obviously and HE DOESN'T CARE because it's his car and rims, not my business.

I won't do it for now because I am still paying for my car loan. I will get in trouble with painted rims.

And it's too early to do all of those on a 49,000 miles 2008 Lancer. I am still enjoying the Stock Lancer and doesn't give me any Financial problems.

Adding more Effects will not save me money. Life is a bitch in 2009.
