Default Fuel Injector only got -10v

The car can crank but no start. The fuel injector seems not working. Check the voltage to the fuel injector:
1. Key Off = 0v
2. Key On = 10v
3. Cranking = 10v

Where shall I look?

The car battery is 12v. I just found out the voltage of fuel injector, one pin 12v, the other pin 2v, that's why when I measure voltage between these two pins are 10v.
Is this correct? The other pin shall be grounded, hence 0v, isn't it? From this article, seems not right. https://www.yourmechanic.com/article...-spencer-cates

One will be connected to ground and will read 0 volts. The other should read around 12 volts.

You need a wiring diagram to identify which type of system your car has. It will be either positive or negative switched. If negative switched should have 12v at one pin on plug with Ignition on. if its positive switched it will always have an earth at one pin
