I have 08 Mitsubishi lancer it don't crank and don't have fuel i check all fuses and relay also the immobilizes light it's not blinking also check for power on the ECM and it have power . I jump the PGMI relay on the power side and vehicle crank and also heard the fuel pump work but I do t have spark ....please anyone had the same problem .... How can I fix the problem
