If all you have is mitsubishi installed items, your warranty should be fine. Dealers will find any excuse as to why they shouldnt have to fix something for free.

I finally took mine in, the dealer fixed it by recalibrating the seat sensor. He said that's not uncommon when aftermarket leather is added but was the first time he's seen this happen on a non-modified seat.
