Hey I have an '03 lancer ES. I've been noticing that whenever I am stopped at a red light or when im parked sometimes, my rpm will dip and the car will stutter as if it were choking or something. I'm not very mechanically inclined so i dont know why this is happening. A friend suggested a fuel filter problem but I'd some input.
