Speedo,tacho and odometer not working

Have a lancer with digital odometer and needle tacho and speedo
For some reason when starting car none of it works
Have checked all loose wires with no luck

Any suggestions welcome

Op, voltage drop. Either **** battery, backup battery, capacitor or loose memory wire/blown circuit.
