Default turbo or charge

I was Wondering if it would be a better choice for a turbo or a supercharger for my 03 lancer es. Also wondering where to shop for either of the two.

It depends on what you want to do, to have it be really quick, a super charger would be good, but I prefer turbos because, it's a lot better for the every day driver because, it does not where on the engine like the super does by always being on. Also the turbo can produce much more power, and will reach a max PSI unlike a super, because the super runs on the engine and not exhaust. Hope that helps, I would not know where to look for that stuff for a lancer though.

how much horse you want to make... turbo more... but it is at higher rpms... super is still a fair amount of power and powers up very quickly at much lower rpms... but tapers off dramatically at high end. a super is more of a bolt on... a turbo requires a few more parts and changes. also, the turbo is a little less hard on the engine... although the new cam driven rather than crank driven superchargers have improved that drastically.
