i have a 97 mitsubishi mirage. what is the powertrain? is that the same thing as the resistor? i think i need a new resistor,the one right next to the engine....... from what ive read it has to do with the throttle control,fuel combustion control and a few other things....am i right? how do u tell if the resistor is bad? and if the resistor is bad will it cause the car to start but then die? HELP PLEASE
