'01 Montero Major Oil Leak / Engine Problem? Please help!!!!

Okay so I am leaning towards intake gasket. It seems more consistent.
Especially since the car does not overheat, the oil seems fine, but the O2 and cats are screwed.
Has anyone ever done the idle test where you spray brake cleaner around the intake and if the idle changes you know you have an intake gasket blown?
