I just hooked up a new battery to my 1990 Montero. It is a vehicle I am restoring and this is the first time I had any power to it. All the interior and exterior lights seem to be working however the headlights and turn signals are not. Do the 1990 Monteros have a headlight relay that could need to be replaced? If so, can someone tell me where it is located?
