2001 Montero LTD antilock issue

My wife has a 2001 mitsubishi montero ltd. Just had the driver side wheel bearing replaced now were getting the pulsating of the abs and a clicking noise when she brakes. This wasnt happening before hand. Any I deas?

Also, the abs light is NOT lit. Thanks again!

you need one of those mitsu scan tools that can check the abs system.
