2001 Montero Sport Idling
I do have a 2001 Montero Sport 4wd Limited. I'm experiencing idling problems. What happens, when the engine is cold and i crank the engine it does not run (. I have to press the throttle pedal a bit and then crank the engine, fine. I have to keep the foot on the pedal at about 1000 rpm until it warms up a bit and then i can leave the pedal. If i crank without my foot on it, i won't run.
It suppose to run when i crank it at first time and keep a bit accelerated and as the engine warms up, the rpm drops to the idle settings/rpm.
Any thoughts/help on it. No codes stored.
