Default 2002 Montero Limited RV Meter blank / black

Okay, looking for some help on here. I have been scouring the web looking for a fix but am just not seeing it. Even looking at the Pajero forums I have not found much except to just get a replacement. I am hoping that there is an electrical problem somewhere that is fixable without having to spend too much.

I bought a 2002 Montero Limited secondhand and have begun working to fix all of the issues on it. I have gotten stuck against the darn RV meter. I would really love to have the compass, clock, temperature, and computer info to show up on the display but it is just a blank screen. I looked through forums for a fuse issue but I don't even think the thing has a fuse. Regardless, I tested all of the fuses and they are good. There are some missing from the fuse box but I assume those are not supposed to be there. Maybe I am wrong since the lid to the fuse box in the engine compartment is gone (currently on order). I would really prefer not to open the dash and trace cables because I am not that electrically competent.

I am very much hoping that someone has some suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Check if he light bulb is out, and the fuse for it is the same as the cig. lighter one.

It turned out to be the cig lighter fuse. I knew the fuse was out but didn't care. Nothing I could find turned up that the RV meter was tied to that. Thanks!
