Default Acceptable amount of play in Transmisssion Mount?

1998 Montero Sport Money Pit 4WD 3.0L

I refuse to surrender.
I have a vibration problem around 30mph up to 70mph. Its a slight vibration and humming. I jacked it up and removed the wheels and ran it on jacks to eliminate the tires. I still have vibration. I know about the torque converter shutter but dont suspect it. U-Joints are good. I pulled the drive shaft to double check.

How much play in the Transmission mount is acceptable?
