I am working on my 2001 Montero Limited and I need help locating the anchor point for the Brake Pedal Return Spring. I replaced my Heater Core and took the whole IP off. Now putting everything back on. This is the one thing that have me scratch my head. It could be so obvious, but I can't see it at the moment. Please take a look at your spring and let me know.

The spring goes way back towards the top of the console and towards the driver. It connects on a bracket near a steering column. Here is a photo. Hope it helps.

 

Thank you sir! and I appreciate it. I saw that bracket but I wasn't sure and keep looking some form of a tab/hook and got me all confuse.
