Default cab warmup slow 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport Limited 3.5
After replacing radiator and alternator. When car starts it take a long time for heat to come through. Although gage shows regular heat

Most likely you have an air bubble in the cooling system. Did you properly bleed the air out of the system after replacing the radiator?
