Default Coolant leak question

First off i have a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero XLS. I have coolant leaking from what I will refer to as the inlet pipe. It is a pipe running along the passenger side valve cover under the throttle body. It is leaking from a small hole near the base of the nipple at the rear of the engine. The local salvage yards have several Montero Sports but no full size Monteros. My question is; Will the "inlet pipe" from a Sport fit on the 3.5 V6 of my XLS?
Another option I've considered is JB Weld... Thoughts?
Option 3, is brazing it.. Thoughts? It looks as if the previous owner brazed this once already. (This is something I'll need to practice up on.).

Another issue I'm having is a lack of vacuum pressure from the EGR vacuum solenoid. Is this the same on the Sport model as the XLS too?

Thank you in advance!

i swapped a silly metal pipe out for 4ft of 3/4" kevlar hot hose.
Vacuum issues... Yeah nah. Replace.
