well guys I'm back. Got it put back together after #3 plug decided to exit. Thankfully there were no other problems caused. And I didn't do anything to the air/fuel mixture, but did have to take some slack out of the throttle cable. Now I have a ck engine that both banks are running lean. Now the guy at the parts store tried really hard to sell me a MAF sensor for a nice $240 but I opted to clean it first. But it's still there. It can be idling fine and then drop down to about 500 and then back up to a 1000. Does it whether engine is cold or warm. Does it sometimes when I stop at a light and sometimes not. Haven't noticed anything while going down the road. I can't figure it out and really don't want to buy a MAF sensor. Any way to be sure? Can it be something else?
