Looking to Buy a Montero. Any Specific year models I should avoid?

I'm still on the look out for one, but am now taking my time. There aren't too many that pop up here in San Diego. So I picked up a low mileage Explorer to hold me until I find a good Montero. Looking for full Size.

Haaha...yeah, I know. A 2000 w only 77k miles and $3,500 .
Needed something immediate while I work on my truck.
it was best deal given current insane used car market.
