mitsubishi montero full size transmission overheating fix
hey guys, i just recently changed my transmission and i installed a sub radiator for my transmission. i would say that you should for sure install it with or without over heating problems
I've heard from a few people that this is a common problem.
so what i did was i got a small 10 by 5 inch radiator and installed it in the front of my montero.
take off the front skid plate and the front grill. You're going to see a hose thats been connected together (looks like a backwards C) take the hose off and run 2 hose up to the main rad and install it in.
it should come with these ties that you can run through the main rad to the new small one.
this should at least double the life the tranny.
