Unhappy No turn signals

Hello, I'm having trouble with my 1989 Montero 4 door. All of a sudden I don't have turn signals or brake/hazard lights. The fuse is OK, but there is no power to that fuse. All wires look OK, regular headlights and parking lights OK. We replaced the flasher but no luck. Anyone have any ideas, mechanic charges too much to just diagnois. Thanks

Yes checked all three fuses there, plus cleaned terminals. Everything looks good.
