I have a 2002 Mitsubishi montero limited and the door seals are leaking at the bottom particularly the strips that go all the way around part# mr437182.
It's throne that goes all the way around the door.

Ican't afford 145 a peice Is there any alternatives?

I noticed the cheap weather stripping for 10-30$ but am hesitant to use it.

I also heard you could spread it a little bit and put nylon rope in it.
