our 02 sport started slipping like the tranny was going out. We finally tracked a used one down and replaced it. And of course it still slipped, you can could lock it into four wheel drive and it will go like nothing is wrong. So we replaced the transfer case, same thing slipped in all wheel drive. They had another transfer case, put it in and it still does it. We are now thinking it is electrical or something along them lines.

There is something about a free wheel switch that I read about. first where is this and would that be my problem?
