Operating Temp - 02 Montero Ltd
Two questions ...
1/ What is the normal operating temp range for the 3.5l in an 02 Montero
2/ Any insights as to putting in an aftermarket electric or mechanical temp guage? Where is the best place to put the sending unit/sensor for them - anyone done it?

The standard value for the thermostat opening is 180* F (+/- 36*).
The standard value for full thermostat opening in 203* F.
Valve lift should be 10mm or more for full opening.
