Default Rear Diff Issues

Hello All,

I'm new to this forum. I was hoping to pick the brain of the collective! I have an '03 Monterey Limited. My companion shaft has popped out. I have managed to locate new cir-clips (updated OEM), and new seals from my local Mits dealer. Unfortunately, they tell me that the bearings are discontinued. A local jobber has matched the two axel shaft bearings ($160 each!!!! Ouch) , but not the input shaft bearing. A mechanic at my friends shop has told me that he used to get rebuild kits for them. I'm not having luck with locating one. Does anyone here know if this kit is still around? The dealer didn't know about the updated cir-clips, so they may not be aware of the diff kit either. Not a popular vehicle around here. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Check out https://www.mitsubishiparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html
I always had good luck getting proper parts from them.

Thanks! I'll give them a try in the AM. Hopefully they ship to Canada.
