Default Rear Door Hinge Saggs

I have a 1997 Montero LS and the rear door sags making it difficult to shut. The hinges don't appear to be defective. Is there anyway to adjust the door. I believe it needs to be lifted sdo that it won't rub against the bumber as i shut it.

the hinge is broken. Both will be soon unless you repair it.

Are you talking about the pin or the entire hinge that needs to be replaced? Where can I find the part without paying dealer mark-ups?
