recommended oil for a 95 montero sr 3.5 L

Ok i got a 95 montero SR with 194 thousand miles on it. I was wondering whats a good oil to use in this high mileage rig. thank you .....

I have a '94 Montero SR with 172K and I swear by Castrol GTX high mileage 10w-30, Monty runs better on that than anything else.
