Sorry guys, i'm not getting mail notification of responses...
I'm not up to fixing it....took the total settlement and put 1500 in my pocket.
The car is now at a salvage yard in Albany, NY....The Safeco numbers are:

Yard 94
Liberate it to a good home!

And for my next question:
Are the lug patterns/spacing, etc the same for the 1997 15" wheel and the 2001 16" wheel?
I've got a new set of studs on 15" alloys that I don't want to get rid of.
