Default Serpentine Belt Replacement

Bearing of serpentine belt tensioner gave up and I got a new tenstioner and belt for my 2003 Montero LTD.

Checked belt diagram and positioned the belt correctly and tried to torque the tensioner with long bar to align the fixture bolt holes (on tensioner and on engine). But the tensioner does not turn enough to align two holes. It seems like the belt is already too tight.

My questions is, is there anything else (alternator etc?) to loosen besides the tensioner to install the new belt? Or am I missing something?

Thank you in advance.
