Default Sport 3.5L mechanical questions

first, anyone have a ballpark figure of what it costs to replace the Rear Camshaft Seal(s)?
It looks like quite a bit of work to do it myself. damn part itself only runs $5

second, is there a higher quality timing belt for the Sport? only 60k seems a bit low for durability.

the labor is about an hour per side.

and the timing belt is technically good until 100,000 miles. NO one makes a better belt than the factory.
