Exclamation Sports Shift **** has to GO

I have a 2006 Pajero with an optional sports shift **** that my wife absolutely hates. Every time she uses it breaks her long finger nail and I get it in the neck. Does any one know where I could get the standard leather handle grip type or even be willing to trade for mine?

Phone pic below of current set-up. Have tried wreakers for standard type but not dealership yet.

Not so sure this thread was created correctly. I couldn't find it unless I searched on my own posts.

One question I had was regarding the mechanism which activated the auto lock from gear ****. This one you need to depress the center button but on the handgrip type you pull a button of front face. Havn't removed to investigate but can any alternate ***** be used?
