Strange Power Window/Mirror Console Problem

Default Strange Power Window/Mirror Console Problem



The power mirror switch stopped working and when I power door lock the front passenger side will not lock. All other buttons work. I thought fuse and another forum suggested checking to see if cigar lighter is working and it is. Could console be shot?
