Default Stripped crosmember bolts anybody ever had this problem ?

So my 02 montero limited had this vibration around 2400rpm and I found online it could be the rubber bushings on the crossmember so I bought them and replaced them but I found out the 2 bolts on the driver side were stripped out soon as I removed them has anybody else had this issue ? What did u do to fix it ? I had to drill through my floor board to get access to put a nut on the end of a long bolt but now it seems as if the vibration is a lot worse because I had to do that do these crossmember bolts have to be at a certain length to not vibrate ? Is tightening them all the way down causeing this ? Any ideas woukd be fantastic
