Timing belt replacement

I have a 96 Montero LS with 167000 miles.
I need to replace my timing belt soon and need a good wrench in the Sacramento area. Does anyone have a recommendation in this area?

Any Idea what that cost should be. ( guess I would replace the water pump at the same time too.)
