Question *57 Plate Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 DI-D Elegance

Hi everyone I recently purchased my first Mitsubishi a 51 Plate Outlander 2.0 DI-D Elegance and absolutely love the car but yesterday I noticed a slight puddle under the front of the car and had a look under it and noticed water was dripping from a plastic looking pipe that was poking out from underneath, does anyone know what this is please ?
Also do the cars seem to use alot of water as I noticed the header tank was just above min and I know I topped it up 3 days previous to that ? Thanks in advance Adam

If your talking about the cooling system I've never heard of a car that consumes water on purpose.

Maybe you should add some anti-freeze or something to the cooling system water to find out if that's what's leaking.

The water could possibly be an air conditioning drain... Where was this pipe and were you using the A/C or the defroster recently?
