wear seatbelts. Always.

that is the end of this silly conversation. If people cant be bothered with the one second it takes to buckle up, they're idiots.

I live here in Manila Philippines where traffic here is just terrible everyday except on sundays and holidays. So buckling up is so not in need, plus I have a heavy tint on my windshield and windows which you have to put your face against just to see a glimpse inside.

I do buckle up during long trips to the countrysides.

Anyway here is the fix. Underneath the driver's seat there are two wires. A black which is small and a yellow which is big. Just unplug and disconnect the small black one and you're good to go. No annoying chimes and seatbelt warning.

I just don't know if its only the seatbelt warning and chimes that I pulled out.

Does anyone know if this would be the same for the 2009 4wd XLS?

Looking at my 2009 the wire is yellow with a blue strip on the second connector.

thanks

Hey look! It has a 100% money back guarantee if it breaks! Too bad you'll be on your way through the windshield...
