You can just splice the seatbelt detection wires beneath the seat together and it will never warn you. Then you are all set to win a Darwin award

you're right, i have no idea how people survived decades before seatbelts were invented. those must have been the dark ages, yet somehow, some way, we survived as a species. self righteous jerk. people like you ruin forums with your 2 cents.

sbessel - thank you so much for helping me spare my hearing while waiting in drive-thrus, car washes, driving to the end of my long driveway to my mailbox without that annoying chime. Even without the pictures, the instructions were very intuitive. Thank you. Be safe everyone.

So did you manage to get the chime disabled and only the chime disabled?
