Hi, I am new to the forums. Hope someone can help. I currently have an 09 Outlander with the sound package (has the radio with the cd, sat and radio + has that sub in the back.) I'm trading the 09 in for a 10 on Thursday to a friend of mine that owns a car lot. The 10 doesn't have the sound package at all - just the regular radio and cd player. What I am wondering is - can I get the stereo system (radio + sub) put into the 10 outlander relatively easily? (swap the 09 system with the '10 system) Would the 2010 have the sub wiring already run to the back? Also, how can I tell if it would have the satellite antenna the radio would need? I assume that the antenna on top of my 2009 has the sat radio antenna in it. The antenna on the 2010 isn't the same - it's smaller at the base. My friend that's taking it in on trade says I can swap it out beforehand if I want. Any help I can get would be appreciated. I'd rather only have to take it to the car stereo shop once to get the systems swapped if I can. Thanks!
