is there anyway to hook up an ipod to the stock radio a 2003 outlander? i would rather not do an fm modulator or transmitter because of the crappy quality. i read about hooking up the ipod to the back of the stereo but idk if thatll work because i cant access the aux mode. ive held down the cd button to no avail. any help would be appreciated. thanks

It is not possible. Try a wired FM modulator for better sound quality. But my suggestion would be to save for an aftermarket unit.

I currently have a sony unit w/ ipod controller included. $100 installed at circuit city 2 years ago. :-)
