I towed my outlander on a car carrier yesterday. It has been sitting for several months and I had to jump start it but it fired up and I drove it on to the trailer with out a problem. I got it it this morning and using a battery jumpstart box and then my truck to help crank it over which it does (very good power) but it just cranks with no start and this vehicle has never had a no start issue. We bought it brand new in 04.
cant find the fuel pump relay location and don’t think there is a inertia switch. Now when I first got it it was at a storage unit and apparently the people didn’t have my girlfriends keys and I wasn’t able to be there so they somehow dragged it onto and possibly off of the tow truck. When I put the vehicle into reverse yesterday it backed up normally but when I put it into drive it didn’t respond as it should have and I had to fiddle fart around with the gear shifting mechanism before it went into drive.
any ideas?
