No 3D (JDM maps had that back in 2006 I believe). Still no TTS except for highway portions of the route.
1GB more map size comparing to 2010-A maps. Still pathetic amount of POIs.
Did not have a chance to find a place present in 2013-A yet not in 2010-A
HOV/carpool lanes and speed volume compensation - that's all that listed as a what's new.
BTW map data is of Nov 2012. Not sure if it is a false advertisement selling it as 2013 in Dec, 2013.

I bought them from navigation.com. Price was US$230 yet due to PayPal USD/CAD conversion it ended up around $250.
By the way would anyone not willing to mess with HDD unlocking be interested in buying this kit? DVD box is opened yet a single-use key hasn't been used. Will let it go way cheaper
