Angry 2014.5 Aspire

I have a 2014.5 Aspire Diesel and want to put a light bar on my vehicle, unfortunately I fiited a nudge bar and it interfered with the FCM so i had to have it removed?! Most annoying. Has anyone fitted lights to this vehicle and avoided FCM issues? The FCM is behind the grill area on both sides. Next series is apparently in the windscreen.

Cheers

I think your only choice is to put a light bar on the roof. Judging by the model name of your ride you may have to check the regulations of your country whether it is allowed or not. Some countries only allow forward facing lights to be installed in pairs.
There is a secondary safety benefit of FCM (or even of front parking sensors). It prevents people to put up bull bars that modify the collision characteristics of the vehicle and put people in unnecessary danger.

That was the option I had in mind. Unfortunately, as much as I love my outlander, Mitsubishi don't support any technical information after 2 years so noone will tell me of any options.

Cheers
