I have an 08 Outlander and my am radio and accessory power outlet dont work. I wanted to check fuses but no idea how to get at it or what a personal compartment is? help please

 

In my '09 it is located right where your knees are if you are sitting in the drivers seat. You can get a look at it if you take out the coin/ cubby hole on the bottom left of the drivers dash. Its a lot easier to get at if you take the underdash off.

Again, this is an 09, so hopefully it will give you an idea of where to look in an 08.
